It is our responsibility as believers to be witnesses. We are called to be people who believe that Jesus is the Christ, live in a way that reflects His character, and open our mouths in testimonial truth as the opportunity arises. It is important to be equipped to share our faith in a concise and accurate manner and in the tradition in which I was raised this was a high priority. I took advantage of many opportunities to learn more about sharing my faith but I did discover some consistent flaws in many personal evangelism programs and formats.

It is my opinion that many of these trainings majored on salesmanship and technique rather than trusting Jesus to truly be Lord of the Harvest and bring about His results.
